Mrs. Basye receiving 2019 Horizon Award!

The Kansas Horizon Award program identifies and recognizes representatives of excellent teaching in the elementary and secondary classrooms of the state. The mission of the program is to recognize exemplary first-year teachers who perform in a way that distinguishes them as outstanding.

Please join me in congratulating Mrs. Basye and Mr. Propps on being selected as 2019 Horizon Award winners. We are proud of the hard work and dedication they show toward their career and the excellent educator they are to their students. They will be recognized at a special ceremony during the 2019 Kansas Exemplary Educators Network (KEEN) Conference on the 15th of February.
